Courtwood Calaveras Wine Tasting Tours Policies

• All tour guests must have identification showing they are of legal age (21) to drink alcohol.
• We are a non-smoking tour van.
• No pets are allowed on the wine tour.
• Tour size is one or two couples per van, or groups of 2-6.
• Sign-ups are by couple or group. Singles can be added to wine tours with two or more people,
space permitting.
• Reservations must be made 48 hours or more in advance of the CourtWood Wine Tour.

Door to door pick-up and return to any Murphys or Angels Camp Lodging.

Driver/guide will escort you throughout your wine tasting tour and provide insights into the Sierra Foothills wineries wine growing areas.

Pic-up is at 11:30 and 4 reserved tasting locations are included. Courtwood Inn stay and tasting tour packages might include an early check-in at the inn at 11:00am.

Tasting fees are included (They average $15pp per location.)

Chris and Larry Parker, both award winning USPTA tennis professionals, are pursuing their dream of building a tennis B&B in Murphys, California. In the process, Chris went back to school in Hospitality Management to learn more about the innkeeping business, food and wine. In learning about the wine region and developing a love for the wines that are available so close to Murphys, Courtwood Wine Tasting Tours was born. The Parkers keep a close eye on the new vintages as they are released at each Sierra Foothills Winery, and know where to direct you for the best possible wine tasting experience. • Booking Policy: CourtWood Wine Tour dates are reserved when paid in full online or by phone.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that in certain circumstances, your wine tasting tour will need to be cancelled or postponed. Because transportation, food and other elements of your CourtWood Wine Tasting Tour have to be coordinated ahead of time, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• A non-refundable $45 deposit applies to each individual’s reservation.
• If your reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to your wine tour, the balance of your fees will be refunded.
• Your CourtWood wine tasting tour can be rescheduled if done 14 days or more prior to your wine tasting tour date, and your payment can be applied to another CourtWood Wine Tour within 3 months of the original tour date.
• Last minute reservations (10 days up to 48 hours before the wine tasting tour) must be paid in full with no refunds or re-scheduling allowed.
• Please note: Damage to the van because of overindulgence or other causes will be charged a $250 fee on the credit card used for that reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel any wine tasting tour due to acts of nature, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder the ability to conduct a wine tour. If we are unable to rebook you on another favorable date, you will receive a full refund, which will constitute a full settlement.
