Come join our 2 day Food & Wine Exploration in beautiful Murphys, CA! Courtwood Wine Tasting Tours and Local Roots Food Tours invites you to partake in an unforgettable 2 day food and wine experience in and around Murphys, Ca. Murphys is a superb destination for fine dining and wine tasting, and this tour package shows you the best of both worlds by taking you behind the curtains to see how talented chefs and winemakers make their magic happen. This tour is a VIP foodie tour. You and a guest will be wined and dined for 2 days of exploring all the notes your palate can handle.

Day One: Courtwood Wine Tasting Tours will pick you up at any local Angels Camp or Murphys lodging for a 5 hour winery and vineyard tour to some of the award winning wineries in Calaveras County. Courtwood's transportation is a 2011 air-conditioned AWD Toyota van which can hold up to 6 on this wine getaway excursion. A wonderful and filling picnic lunch will be served at one of the local winery stops. Ice water and healthy snacks are provided while traveling from vineyard to vineyard. Pick up is around 11:30 with a return to your lodging around 4:30-5:00 pm.

Day Two: Local Roots Food Tours will be taking you and a guest behind the scenes and up close with Murphys popular executive chefs and artisan shop owners in a 3 hour period. The food & wine walking tour includes up to 9 stops at the best Murphys restaurants, wine tasting rooms and artisan shops along Main Street. Yes, we said SHOPS. Each participant will be receiving a VIP Local Roots Food Tours shopping bag at the beginning of the tour...you will need it when we visit some gourmet food shops and wine tasting rooms! The food portions encompass fresh local ingredients brought in from our local farms straight to the chefs tables. Food tour provides enough food for a nice lunch.
